Ingredients

  • Raw Pork Strips - untrimmed
  • Uncooked Brown Rice
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Baby Spinach
  • Zucchini
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Eggs

Instructions

  1. 1.Warm the cooked rice or cook the rice.
  2. 2.Heat half the sesame oil.
  3. 3.Stir-fry carrot for 2 minutes.
  4. 4.Remove and set aside.
  5. 5.Cook spinach for 1 minute.
  6. 6.Remove and set aside.
  7. 7.Cook zucchini for 2 minutes.
  8. 8.Remove and set aside.
  9. 9.Add remaining oil.
  10. 10.Cook pork for 6 minutes.
  11. 11.Season with soy sauce.
  12. 12.Fry the egg separately.
  13. 13.Place rice in a bowl.
  14. 14.Arrange vegetables around the rice.
  15. 15.Add pork and make sure the pork is fully cooked.
  16. 16.Top with egg.
  17. 17.Mix before eating.
