- Raw Pork Strips - untrimmed
- Uncooked Brown Rice
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Baby Spinach
- Zucchini
- Soy Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Eggs
Instructions
- 1.Warm the cooked rice or cook the rice.
- 2.Heat half the sesame oil.
- 3.Stir-fry carrot for 2 minutes.
- 4.Remove and set aside.
- 5.Cook spinach for 1 minute.
- 6.Remove and set aside.
- 7.Cook zucchini for 2 minutes.
- 8.Remove and set aside.
- 9.Add remaining oil.
- 10.Cook pork for 6 minutes.
- 11.Season with soy sauce.
- 12.Fry the egg separately.
- 13.Place rice in a bowl.
- 14.Arrange vegetables around the rice.
- 15.Add pork and make sure the pork is fully cooked.
- 16.Top with egg.
- 17.Mix before eating.
