- Red Cabbage
- WHITE MISO
- Soy Sauce
- Canola Oil
- Water
- Spring Onion
Instructions
- 1.Mix miso, soy sauce and water.
- 2.Stir until smooth.
- 3.Cut the pork into strips.
- 4.Heat oil in a frying pan.
- 5.Cook pork for 6 minutes.
- 6.Stir occasionally.
- 7.Add cabbage.
- 8.Cook for 3 minutes.
- 9.Pour in the miso mixture.
- 10.Stir thoroughly.
- 11.Cook another 5 minutes.
- 12.Sauce should slightly thicken.
- 13.Sprinkle spring onion on top, and make sure the pork is fully cooked before serving.
- 14.Serve hot.
