Ingredients

  • Raw Pork Loin Chop
  • Red Cabbage
  • WHITE MISO
  • Soy Sauce
  • Canola Oil
  • Water
  • Spring Onion

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix miso, soy sauce and water.
  2. 2.Stir until smooth.
  3. 3.Cut the pork into strips.
  4. 4.Heat oil in a frying pan.
  5. 5.Cook pork for 6 minutes.
  6. 6.Stir occasionally.
  7. 7.Add cabbage.
  8. 8.Cook for 3 minutes.
  9. 9.Pour in the miso mixture.
  10. 10.Stir thoroughly.
  11. 11.Cook another 5 minutes.
  12. 12.Sauce should slightly thicken.
  13. 13.Sprinkle spring onion on top, and make sure the pork is fully cooked before serving.
  14. 14.Serve hot.
