Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 2.Place the pita bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- 3.Spread the basil pesto evenly across the pita.
- 4.Arrange the mozzarella slices over the pesto.
- 5.Scatter the cherry tomatoes evenly on top.
- 6.Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
- 7.Bake for 7–8 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the edges are lightly golden.
- 8.Remove from the oven.
- 9.Finish with fresh basil leaves and black pepper.
- 10.Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
