Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats
  • Chia Seeds
  • Cavendish Banana
  • Mayver's protien + peanut butter
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Coconut sugar
  • Raspberries
  • flaked almonds
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk

Instructions

  1. 1.Combine the oats, chia seeds, banana, oat milk and peanut butter in a medium bowl.
  2. 2.Cover with plastic wrap. Place in the fridge overnight to soak.
  3. 3.Meanwhile, place frozen raspberries and sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until sugar dissolves and raspberries soften.
  4. 4.Transfer to a blender. Blend until smooth. Set aside to cool completely.
  5. 5.Layer the raspberry puree and oat mixture in serving jar or bowl. Decorate with the extra raspberries, almonds, and pumpkin seeds.
