Ingredients

  • Penne
  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • Corn Kernels
  • Tomato
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • Parmesan Cheese Block
  • Fresh Basil
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Bring a saucepan of water to the boil.
  2. 2.Add a pinch of salt and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  3. 3.Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4.Cook the garlic for about 30 seconds.
  5. 5.Add the diced chicken and cook for approximately 6 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.
  6. 6.Stir in the tomato and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. 7.Add the corn and cook for about 2 minutes until heated through.
  8. 8.Drain the pasta, reserving 2 tablespoons of the cooking water.
  9. 9.Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss everything together.
  10. 10.If needed, add a little of the reserved pasta water to create a light sauce.
  11. 11.Finish with grated Parmesan and dried basil before serving.
