  • High Protein Plain Yoghurt
  • Blueberry
  • Sugar Free Maple Flavoured Syrup
  • Cinnamon, ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Add the crushed weet-bix biscuits, cinnamon, chia seeds and almond milk to your bowl or container. Stir to combine.
  2. 2.Layer the high protein yoghurt on top, spreading evenly.
  3. 3.Top with blueberries (fresh or frozen) and sugar free maple syrup.
  4. 4.Cover and refrigerate overnight.
