Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Slice sweet potato into wedges and toss with 8g olive oil and salt.
- 2.Place sweet potato on a tray and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- 3.Season kangaroo steak with salt and pepper. Heat a pan over medium-high heat with 4g olive oil.
- 4.Sear kangaroo for 3-4 minutes per side for reach the medium-rare. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- 5.Steam broccoli for 4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 6.Drizzle the honey over the roasted wedges and serve alongside the sliced kangaroo and broccoli.
