Ingredients

  • Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
  • Potato
  • High protein yoghurt
  • Light Tasty Cheese Shredded
  • Olive Oil
  • Barbecue Sauce
  • Red Capsicum

Instructions

  1. 1.Slice the Potato into thin wedges and toss in a bowl with Olive Oil and a pinch of salt.
  2. 2.Place wedges in an air fryer at 200C for 18-20 minutes, shaking halfway through until crispy and golden.
  3. 3.While potatoes cook, dice the Beef Rump Steak and Capsicum into small bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4.Heat a non-stick pan over high heat and sear the beef and capsicum for 4-5 minutes until the beef is browned and capsicum is tender.
  5. 5.Once potatoes are done, plate them and top immediately with the beef mixture and Low Fat Cheese so it melts.
  6. 6.Drizzle with Barbecue Sauce and top with a dollop of Greek Yoghurt before serving.
