Ingredients
- Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
- Potato
- High protein yoghurt
- Light Tasty Cheese Shredded
- Olive Oil
- Barbecue Sauce
- Red Capsicum
Instructions
- 1.Slice the Potato into thin wedges and toss in a bowl with Olive Oil and a pinch of salt.
- 2.Place wedges in an air fryer at 200C for 18-20 minutes, shaking halfway through until crispy and golden.
- 3.While potatoes cook, dice the Beef Rump Steak and Capsicum into small bite-sized pieces.
- 4.Heat a non-stick pan over high heat and sear the beef and capsicum for 4-5 minutes until the beef is browned and capsicum is tender.
- 5.Once potatoes are done, plate them and top immediately with the beef mixture and Low Fat Cheese so it melts.
- 6.Drizzle with Barbecue Sauce and top with a dollop of Greek Yoghurt before serving.
