Ingredients

  • Penne
  • Chicken breast
  • Olive Oil
  • Sacla Cherry Tomato & Basil Sauce
  • Zucchini
  • Parmesan
  • Garlic, peeled
  • Fresh Basil

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the Penne in a pot of boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes until al dente, then drain.
  2. 2.While pasta cooks, dice the Chicken Breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3.Heat Olive Oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  4. 4.Add minced Garlic and sliced Zucchini to the pan, sautéing for 3 minutes until the zucchini softens.
  5. 5.Pour in the tomato pasta sauce and torn Basil leaves, then simmer the sauce for 4-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. 6.Toss the cooked Penne into the sauce until well coated, then serve topped with grated Parmesan.
