Ingredients
- Arborio Risotto Rice
- Fresh whole Mushrooms
- real stock vegetable
- Olive Oil
- Red Onion
- Parmesan Cheese Block
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Heat the stock and keep it warm.
- 2.Sauté the onion in olive oil for 3 minutes.
- 3.Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
- 4.Stir in the rice and cook for 1 minute.
- 5.Add one ladle of stock at a time, stirring frequently.
- 6.Once absorbed, add another ladle of stock.
- 7.Continue for about 20 minutes until the rice is tender.
- 8.Remove from heat.
- 9.Stir in the Parmesan and serve.
