Ingredients

  • Arborio Risotto Rice
  • Fresh whole Mushrooms
  • real stock vegetable
  • Olive Oil
  • Red Onion
  • Parmesan Cheese Block
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Heat the stock and keep it warm.
  2. 2.Sauté the onion in olive oil for 3 minutes.
  3. 3.Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4.Stir in the rice and cook for 1 minute.
  5. 5.Add one ladle of stock at a time, stirring frequently.
  6. 6.Once absorbed, add another ladle of stock.
  7. 7.Continue for about 20 minutes until the rice is tender.
  8. 8.Remove from heat.
  9. 9.Stir in the Parmesan and serve.
