Instructions

  1. 1.Heat the chicken stock in a small saucepan and keep it warm.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil in another saucepan.
  3. 3.Cook the bacon for about 3 minutes.
  4. 4.Add the mushrooms and cook until softened.
  5. 5.Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
