Ingredients
- Raw Lamb Strips - lean
- Red Onion
- Spring Onion
- Garlic cloves
- Light Soy Sauce
- Brown Sugar
- Sesame Oil
Instructions
- 1.Slice the lamb into thin strips if not already prepared.
- 2.In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and brown sugar.
- 3.Heat the sesame oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat.
- 4.Add the garlic and onion and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- 5.Add the lamb and cook for 4–5 minutes until browned.
- 6.Pour in the sauce mixture and stir well.
- 7.Cook for another 2 minutes until slightly reduced.
- 8.Sprinkle with spring onion and serve with steamed rice or cauliflower rice.
