Ingredients

  • Raw Lamb Strips - lean
  • Red Onion
  • Spring Onion
  • Garlic cloves
  • Light Soy Sauce
  • Brown Sugar
  • Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. 1.Slice the lamb into thin strips if not already prepared.
  2. 2.In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and brown sugar.
  3. 3.Heat the sesame oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat.
  4. 4.Add the garlic and onion and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  5. 5.Add the lamb and cook for 4–5 minutes until browned.
  6. 6.Pour in the sauce mixture and stir well.
  7. 7.Cook for another 2 minutes until slightly reduced.
  8. 8.Sprinkle with spring onion and serve with steamed rice or cauliflower rice.
