- Raw Chicken Breast
- WHITE MISO
- Water
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Spring Onion
Instructions
- 1.Add the water, chicken, and sliced carrots to a small saucepan.
- 2.Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
- 3.Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 4.Check that the chicken is fully cooked and the carrots are tender.
- 5.Turn off the heat.
- 6.Place the miso paste in a small bowl.
- 7.Add a few spoonfuls of the hot broth and stir until completely dissolved.
- 8.Pour the dissolved miso back into the soup and stir well.
- 9.Do not boil the soup after adding the miso.
- 10.Garnish with green onions and serve.
