Ingredients

  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • WHITE MISO
  • Water
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Spring Onion

Instructions

  1. 1.Add the water, chicken, and sliced carrots to a small saucepan.
  2. 2.Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  3. 3.Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. 4.Check that the chicken is fully cooked and the carrots are tender.
  5. 5.Turn off the heat.
  6. 6.Place the miso paste in a small bowl.
  7. 7.Add a few spoonfuls of the hot broth and stir until completely dissolved.
  8. 8.Pour the dissolved miso back into the soup and stir well.
  9. 9.Do not boil the soup after adding the miso.
  10. 10.Garnish with green onions and serve.
