Instructions

  1. 1.Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the seed.
  2. 2.Dice the mango into bite-sized cubes and place in a bowl.
  3. 3.Add the lime juice and gently toss to coat the fruit.
  4. 4.Finely chop the coriander and sprinkle it over the mango.

  6. 6.Toss gently to combine without crushing the mango.
