  • Eggs

Instructions

  1. 1.Crack the egg into a small bowl and whisk with a fork until the yolk and white are fully combined.
  2. 2.Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3.Pour the egg into the pan and cook, stirring gently, until softly scrambled and fully cooked.
  4. 4.Warm the tortilla in a dry frying pan for about 20–30 seconds on each side.
  5. 5.Transfer the tortilla to a plate.
  6. 6.Place the scrambled egg in the centre of the tortilla.
  7. 7.Top with salsa and season with black pepper.
  8. 8.Fold the tortilla in half and serve while warm.
