- Tuna In Springwater
- Potato
- Cucumber baby
- Cherry Tomato
- Baby Spinach
- Olive Oil
- lemon juice
- Dried Oregano

Instructions
- 1.Boil the potatoes for 10–12 minutes until tender, then drain and allow them to cool slightly.
- 2.Place the spinach, cucumber and cherry tomatoes into a large bowl.
- 3.Add the cooked potatoes and drained tuna.
- 4.In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper.
- 5.Pour the dressing over the salad.
- 6.Toss everything gently until evenly coated.
- 7.Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes for a refreshing cold lunch.
