- Spaghetti
- Ready to eat prawns
- Baby Spinach
- Garlic cloves
- Olive Oil
- Cherry Tomato
- lemon juice

Instructions
- 1.Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.
- 2.Reserve ¼ cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain.
- 3.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 4.Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- 5.Add the prawns and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
- 6.Stir in the cherry tomatoes and spinach. Cook until the spinach has wilted.
- 7.Add the cooked pasta and a splash of the reserved pasta water.
- 8.Toss everything together until evenly coated.
- 9.Finish with lemon juice and chopped parsley before serving.
