  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Cucumber baby
  • Red Capsicum
  • Celery Sticks
  • Wholegrain rice crackers
  • Olive Oil
  • Paprika

Instructions

  1. 1.Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
  2. 2.Peel the carrot if preferred.
  3. 3.Slice the carrot, cucumber, capsicum, and celery into even sticks.
  4. 4.Place the hummus in the centre of a serving plate or small bowl.
  5. 5.Drizzle the olive oil over the hummus.
  6. 6.Sprinkle a small amount of paprika on top.
  7. 7.Arrange all vegetable sticks neatly around the hummus.
  8. 8.Add the wholegrain crackers to the side.
  9. 9.Serve immediately.
