- Raw Chicken Breast
- Asparagus Spears
- Freshly Frozen Peas Pastizzi
- Garlic cloves
- Extra virgin oil
- lemon juice
- Fresh Mint
- Greek Feta Cheese
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Season the chicken with salt and black pepper.
- 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- 3.In the same pan, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds, then add the asparagus and cook for 4 minutes.
- 4.Stir in the peas and cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
- 5.Return the chicken to the pan, drizzle with the lemon juice, then sprinkle with the mint and feta.
- 6.Serve immediately.
