Ingredients

  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • Asparagus Spears
  • Freshly Frozen Peas Pastizzi
  • Garlic cloves
  • Extra virgin oil
  • lemon juice
  • Fresh Mint
  • Greek Feta Cheese
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the chicken with salt and black pepper.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3.In the same pan, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds, then add the asparagus and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. 4.Stir in the peas and cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
  5. 5.Return the chicken to the pan, drizzle with the lemon juice, then sprinkle with the mint and feta.
  6. 6.Serve immediately.
