  • Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
  • Eggplant pickle
  • Cherry Tomato
  • Greek Feta Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • Dried Oregano
  • Curly Parsley
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the beef with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2.Cook the beef in olive oil for 3–4 minutes and remove from the pan.
  3. 3.Cook the eggplant for 6–7 minutes until tender.
  4. 4.Add the garlic and tomatoes, cooking for another 2 minutes.
