- Basa Fillet
- Couscous
- Cherry Tomato
- Cucumber baby
- Olive Oil
- lemon juice
- Curly Parsley
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Place the couscous in a bowl and cover with 60 ml of boiling water. Cover and let it stand for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
- 2.Mix in the tomatoes, cucumber, parsley and lemon juice.
- 3.Season the fish with salt and pepper.
- 4.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the fish for about 4 minutes per side.
- 5.Serve the ling over the couscous salad.
