Ingredients

  • Basa Fillet
  • Couscous
  • Cherry Tomato
  • Cucumber baby
  • Olive Oil
  • lemon juice
  • Curly Parsley
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Place the couscous in a bowl and cover with 60 ml of boiling water. Cover and let it stand for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
  2. 2.Mix in the tomatoes, cucumber, parsley and lemon juice.
  3. 3.Season the fish with salt and pepper.
  4. 4.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the fish for about 4 minutes per side.
  5. 5.Serve the ling over the couscous salad.
