Ingredients
- Raw Beef Casserole Meat - lean shin
- Light Coconut Milk
- Massaman curry paste
- Garlic, peeled
- Brown Onion
- Potato
- Slow Cooked Chicken Stock
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- Jasmine Rice
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1.Cook the jasmine rice according package.
- 2.Cut the beef into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- 3.Grill the beef in a pan until brown, with olive oil.
- 4.Put into slow cooker pan, the beef already grilled, the coconut milk, curry paste, minced garlic, brown onion and chicken stock, then select the pressure cooker mode.
- 5.After 20 minutes, remove the pressure carefully, and add the potatoes.
- 6.After 5 minutes, remove the pressure carefully and turn off the pressure cooker.
- 7.Serve warm with rice bowl.
