Ingredients

  • Raw Beef Casserole Meat - lean shin
  • Light Coconut Milk
  • Massaman curry paste
  • Garlic, peeled
  • Brown Onion
  • Potato
  • Slow Cooked Chicken Stock
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Jasmine Rice
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the jasmine rice according package.
  2. 2.Cut the beef into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3.Grill the beef in a pan until brown, with olive oil.
  4. 4.Put into slow cooker pan, the beef already grilled, the coconut milk, curry paste, minced garlic, brown onion and chicken stock, then select the pressure cooker mode.
  5. 5.After 20 minutes, remove the pressure carefully, and add the potatoes.
  6. 6.After 5 minutes, remove the pressure carefully and turn off the pressure cooker.
  7. 7.Serve warm with rice bowl.
