  • Whey Protein Isolate
  • YoPRO Coconut
  • Mango
  • Natural Peanut Butter
  • Sugar Free Maple Flavoured Syrup

Instructions

  1. 1.Rinse the jasmine rice and boil in water until tender and slightly overcooked for a 'sticky' texture.
  2. 2.In a bowl, whisk the Greek yoghurt, vanilla flavoured protein powder, and a splash of water until a thick 'cream' forms.
  3. 3.Fold the warm rice into the protein yoghurt mixture until well combined.
  4. 4.Slice the fresh mango and place on top.
  5. 5.Melt the peanut butter slightly and drizzle over the top along with the sugar free maple syrup.
  6. 6.Enjoy!
