Instructions
- 1.Rinse the jasmine rice and boil in water until tender and slightly overcooked for a 'sticky' texture.
- 2.In a bowl, whisk the Greek yoghurt, vanilla flavoured protein powder, and a splash of water until a thick 'cream' forms.
- 3.Fold the warm rice into the protein yoghurt mixture until well combined.
- 4.Slice the fresh mango and place on top.
- 5.Melt the peanut butter slightly and drizzle over the top along with the sugar free maple syrup.
- 6.Enjoy!
