Ingredients

  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • Sourdough Cobb
  • Mango
  • Fetta Cheese
  • Mixed Leafy Greens

Instructions

  1. 1.Season chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  2. 2.Toast the sourdough slice until golden and cut into small cubes to make croutons.
  3. 3.Dice the fresh mango into 1cm chunks and crumble the feta cheese.
  4. 4.In a large bowl, put the mixed leaves with the mango, feta, and sourdough croutons.
  5. 5.Slice the cooked chicken breast into strips.
  6. 6.Arrange the chicken over the salad and season with extra cracked black pepper.
