Instructions

  1. 1.Wash the apple thoroughly and cut it into small cubes. Leave the skin on for extra fibre.
  2. 2.Peel the mango and cut the flesh into bite-sized cubes.
  3. 3.Spoon the Greek yogurt into a serving bowl.
  4. 4.Stir in the chia seeds and rolled oats until evenly combined.
  5. 5.Arrange the diced mango and apple on top of the yogurt mixture.
  6. 6.Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon, if using.
