Instructions
- 1.Wash the apple thoroughly and cut it into small cubes. Leave the skin on for extra fibre.
- 2.Peel the mango and cut the flesh into bite-sized cubes.
- 3.Spoon the Greek yogurt into a serving bowl.
- 4.Stir in the chia seeds and rolled oats until evenly combined.
- 5.Arrange the diced mango and apple on top of the yogurt mixture.
- 6.Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon, if using.
- 7.Let the bowl sit for 2–3 minutes so the chia seeds begin to soften.
