Ingredients
- Raw Lamb Mince
- Potato
- High protein yoghurt

Instructions
- 1.Cut 320g Potato into thin fries, season with salt, and air-fry or bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- 2.While fries cook, brown 120g Lamb Mince in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- 3.Add 3g minced Garlic and 2g Oregano to the lamb, cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4.Dice 50g Tomato and set aside.
- 5.Mix 50g Greek Yoghurt with a squeeze of Lemon to create a healthy 'garlic sauce' alternative.
- 6.Plate the crispy fries, top with the seasoned lamb mince and diced tomato, then drizzle with the yoghurt sauce.
