Ingredients
- Extra Lean Beef Mince
- Spaghetti
- Olive Oil
- Red Onion
- Garlic cloves
- Crushed tomatoes
- Tomato Paste
- Dried Oregano
- Fresh Basil
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- Grated Parmesan Style Cheese
Instructions
- 1.Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion for 2–3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- 3.Add the beef mince and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
- 4.Stir in the tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- 5.Toss the spaghetti with the sauce and serve topped with Parmesan and fresh basil.
