Ingredients

  • Extra Lean Beef Mince
  • Spaghetti
  • Olive Oil
  • Red Onion
  • Garlic cloves
  • Crushed tomatoes
  • Tomato Paste
  • Dried Oregano
  • Fresh Basil
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Grated Parmesan Style Cheese

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion for 2–3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  3. 3.Add the beef mince and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
  4. 4.Stir in the tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5.Toss the spaghetti with the sauce and serve topped with Parmesan and fresh basil.
