  • Red Lentils
  • Baby Spinach
  • Coconut milk
  • Tomato
  • Garlic cloves
  • Curry Powder

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the lentils in 1 cup of water for about 15 minutes until tender.
  2. 2.While the lentils cook, sauté the garlic and tomato in a separate pan for 4 minutes.
  3. 3.Add the curry powder and stir for 30 seconds.
