Ingredients

  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • lemon juice
  • Dried Oregano
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Curly Parsley

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the chicken with oregano, salt and black pepper.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3.Cook the chicken for about 6–7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  4. 4.Transfer the chicken to a plate and keep warm.
  5. 5.In the same pan, add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  6. 6.Add the carrot slices and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. 7.Pour in the lemon juice and cook for another minute.
  8. 8.Return the chicken to the pan and coat it with the lemon sauce.
  9. 9.Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
