Ingredients
- Raw Chicken Breast
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Olive Oil
- Garlic cloves
- lemon juice
- Dried Oregano
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- Curly Parsley
Instructions
- 1.Season the chicken with oregano, salt and black pepper.
- 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 3.Cook the chicken for about 6–7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- 4.Transfer the chicken to a plate and keep warm.
- 5.In the same pan, add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- 6.Add the carrot slices and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 7.Pour in the lemon juice and cook for another minute.
- 8.Return the chicken to the pan and coat it with the lemon sauce.
- 9.Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
