Ingredients
- Raw Chicken Breast
- Crispy Broccoli Florets
- Red Onion
- Garlic cloves
- Extra virgin oil
- lemon juice
- Lemon Peel
- Dried Ground Thyme
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- Parmesan Cheese Block
Instructions
- 1.Season the chicken with salt, pepper and thyme.
- 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 6 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- 3.In the same pan, cook the onion for 3 minutes, then add the garlic.
- 4.Add the broccoli with 2 tablespoons of water, cover and cook for about 4 minutes.
- 5.Stir in the lemon juice and zest.
- 6.Return the chicken to the pan, cook for another 2 minutes, then sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
