Ingredients

  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • Crispy Broccoli Florets
  • Red Onion
  • Garlic cloves
  • Extra virgin oil
  • lemon juice
  • Lemon Peel
  • Dried Ground Thyme
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Parmesan Cheese Block

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the chicken with salt, pepper and thyme.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 6 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. 3.In the same pan, cook the onion for 3 minutes, then add the garlic.
  4. 4.Add the broccoli with 2 tablespoons of water, cover and cook for about 4 minutes.
  5. 5.Stir in the lemon juice and zest.
  6. 6.Return the chicken to the pan, cook for another 2 minutes, then sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
