Ingredients

  • Barramundi Fillet
  • lemon juice
  • Olive Oil
  • Tomato
  • Raw Lebanese Cucumber - peeled
  • Greek Feta Cheese
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Pat the fish dry and season with salt, pepper, and half the lemon juice.
  2. 2.Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3.Cook the barramundi skin-side down first (if skin-on) for about 4 minutes, then turn and cook another 3–4 minutes.
  4. 4.While the fish cooks, combine tomato, cucumber, and feta in a bowl.
  5. 5.Drizzle the remaining lemon juice over the salad and gently toss.
  6. 6.Serve the fish immediately with the Greek salad on the side.
