- Barramundi Fillet
- lemon juice
- Olive Oil
- Tomato
- Raw Lebanese Cucumber - peeled
- Greek Feta Cheese
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Pat the fish dry and season with salt, pepper, and half the lemon juice.
- 2.Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 3.Cook the barramundi skin-side down first (if skin-on) for about 4 minutes, then turn and cook another 3–4 minutes.
- 4.While the fish cooks, combine tomato, cucumber, and feta in a bowl.
- 5.Drizzle the remaining lemon juice over the salad and gently toss.
- 6.Serve the fish immediately with the Greek salad on the side.
