Ingredients

  • Extra Lean Beef Mince
  • Potato
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Baby Spinach
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber baby
  • Cheddar Cheese - natural, reduced fat (~25%)
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. 2.Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Roast for 25 minutes, turning halfway through.
  3. 3.Shape the beef mince into one burger patty and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. 4.Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the burger for 4–5 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
  5. 5.Place the spinach, tomato and cucumber into a serving bowl.
  6. 6.Add the roasted potatoes and cooked burger, then sprinkle with grated cheddar.
  7. 7.Serve immediately with your favourite reduced-sugar tomato sauce if desired.
