Ingredients
- Extra Lean Beef Mince
- Potato
- Olive Oil
- Garlic powder
- Baby Spinach
- Tomato
- Cucumber baby
- Cheddar Cheese - natural, reduced fat (~25%)
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 2.Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Roast for 25 minutes, turning halfway through.
- 3.Shape the beef mince into one burger patty and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- 4.Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the burger for 4–5 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
- 5.Place the spinach, tomato and cucumber into a serving bowl.
- 6.Add the roasted potatoes and cooked burger, then sprinkle with grated cheddar.
- 7.Serve immediately with your favourite reduced-sugar tomato sauce if desired.
