Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats
  • Simply Egg Whites
  • High protein yoghurt
  • Whey Protein Isolate
  • Cocoa Powder
  • DESICCATED COCONUT
  • Butter
  • Raspberries

Instructions

  1. 1.In a blender, combine rolled oats, egg whites, 50g of Greek yoghurt, protein powder, and cocoa powder until smooth.
  2. 2.Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the butter to coat.
  3. 3.Pour the batter to form 3 small pancakes and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
  4. 4.Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. 5.Stack the pancakes and top with the remaining 50g of Greek yoghurt.
  6. 6.Garnish with desiccated coconut and fresh raspberries before serving.
