Ingredients
- Rolled Oats
- Simply Egg Whites
- High protein yoghurt
- Whey Protein Isolate
- Cocoa Powder
- DESICCATED COCONUT
- Butter
- Raspberries
Instructions
- 1.In a blender, combine rolled oats, egg whites, 50g of Greek yoghurt, protein powder, and cocoa powder until smooth.
- 2.Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the butter to coat.
- 3.Pour the batter to form 3 small pancakes and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
- 4.Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- 5.Stack the pancakes and top with the remaining 50g of Greek yoghurt.
- 6.Garnish with desiccated coconut and fresh raspberries before serving.
