  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Zucchini
  • Red Onion
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. 2.Toss the vegetables with half of the olive oil.
  3. 3.Spread them on a baking tray.
  4. 4.Season the lamb chop with salt and pepper.
