Ingredients

  • Raw Lamb Strips - lean
  • Red Capsicum
  • Green Capsicum
  • Red Onion
  • Ground Cumin
  • Chilli flakes
  • Olive Oil
  • Coriander

Instructions

  1. 1.Heat oil in a wok.
  2. 2.Cook the onion for 2 minutes.
  3. 3.Add the lamb and cook until browned.
  4. 4.Cut into strips and add capsicums.
  5. 5.Sprinkle cumin and chilli flakes over the mixture.
  6. 6.Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
  7. 7.Garnish with coriander.
  8. 8.Serve with steamed rice.
