- Green Capsicum
- Red Onion
- Ground Cumin
- Chilli flakes
- Olive Oil
- Coriander
Instructions
- 1.Heat oil in a wok.
- 2.Cook the onion for 2 minutes.
- 3.Add the lamb and cook until browned.
- 4.Cut into strips and add capsicums.
- 5.Sprinkle cumin and chilli flakes over the mixture.
- 6.Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
- 7.Garnish with coriander.
- 8.Serve with steamed rice.
