- Raw Lamb Strips - lean
- Couscous wholemeal
- Olive Oil
- Red Onion
- Fresh Mint

Instructions
- 1.Place the couscous in a bowl and pour over the boiling water, according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- 2.Cover with a plate and leave for 5 minutes.
- 3.Fluff the couscous with a fork and stir through the mint.
- 4.Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook the onion for 2–3 minutes until softened.
- 5.Add the lamb strips, season lightly, and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned.
- 6.Serve the lamb over the couscous and spoon any pan juices on top.
