  • Greek Yogurt
  • Cucumber baby
  • Garlic cloves
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Squeeze excess moisture from the grated cucumber using paper towel.
  2. 2.Mix cucumber, yoghurt, garlic, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  3. 3.Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4.Cook the lamb for 4–5 minutes per side.
  5. 5.Rest the meat for 3 minutes before slicing.
  6. 6.Serve with the tzatziki spooned alongside.
