Instructions
- 1.Cut the lamb into strips.
- 2.Heat a saucepan over medium heat.
- 3.Brown the lamb for 3–4 minutes.
- 4.Add the carrot, potato, and water.
- 5.Bring to a gentle boil.
- 6.Reduce heat and simmer for 15–18 minutes.
- 7.Stir in the japanese curry cube until dissolved.
- 8.Cook for another 2–3 minutes until thickened.
- 9.Serve over rice.
