  • Red Capsicum
  • Olive Oil
  • Light soy sauce

Instructions

  1. 1.Cut the lamb into strip and season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil in a wok or large frying pan.
  3. 3.Stir-fry the lamb for 6 minutes.
  4. 4.Add the broccoli and capsicum.
  5. 5.Cook for another 4 minutes.
