Ingredients
- Raw Pork Fillet
- Uncooked Brown Rice
- Eggs
- Freshly Frozen Peas Pastizzi
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Spring Onion
- Garlic cloves
- Sesame Oil
- Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
- Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- 1.Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan or wok.
- 2.Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
- 3.Add the diced pork and cook for 5–6 minutes until browned.
- 4.Stir in the carrot and peas and cook for another 3 minutes.
- 5.Push everything to one side of the pan.
- 6.Crack the egg into the empty side and scramble until just cooked.
- 7.Add the cooked brown rice and soy sauce.
- 8.Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.
- 9.Sprinkle with sliced spring onion and sesame seeds.
- 10.Serve immediately.
