Ingredients

  • Raw Pork Fillet
  • Uncooked Brown Rice
  • Eggs
  • Freshly Frozen Peas Pastizzi
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Spring Onion
  • Garlic cloves
  • Sesame Oil
  • Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1.Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan or wok.
  2. 2.Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
  3. 3.Add the diced pork and cook for 5–6 minutes until browned.
  4. 4.Stir in the carrot and peas and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. 5.Push everything to one side of the pan.
  6. 6.Crack the egg into the empty side and scramble until just cooked.
  7. 7.Add the cooked brown rice and soy sauce.
  8. 8.Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.
  9. 9.Sprinkle with sliced spring onion and sesame seeds.
  10. 10.Serve immediately.
