- Light Soy Sauce

- Garlic cloves
- Ginger
- Honey
- Uncooked Brown Rice
- Cucumber baby
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Spring Onion

Instructions
- 1.In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and honey.
- 2.Add the beef strips and mix well. Let marinate for 10 minutes while preparing the vegetables.
- 3.Slice the cucumber, carrot, and spring onion.
- 4.Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 5.Add the marinated beef and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- 6.Warm the cooked rice in the microwave or on the stovetop.
- 7.Place the rice in a serving bowl.
- 8.Arrange the cucumber, carrot, and cooked beef on top.
- 9.Sprinkle with spring onion and sesame seeds.
- 10.Serve immediately.
