Ingredients

  • Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
  • Light Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • Ginger
  • Honey
  • Uncooked Brown Rice
  • Cucumber baby
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Spring Onion
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1.In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and honey.
  2. 2.Add the beef strips and mix well. Let marinate for 10 minutes while preparing the vegetables.
  3. 3.Slice the cucumber, carrot, and spring onion.
  4. 4.Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. 5.Add the marinated beef and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  6. 6.Warm the cooked rice in the microwave or on the stovetop.
  7. 7.Place the rice in a serving bowl.
