Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. 2.Cut the sweet potato into bite-sized cubes.

  4. 4.Spread on a baking tray and roast for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. 5.During the last 8 minutes, cook the kangaroo in a hot pan.
