  • Water
  • Boiled Brown Rice

Instructions

  1. 1.Dice all the ingredients.
  2. 2.Sauté the onion for 2 minutes.
  3. 3.Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned.
  4. 4.Add the potato and carrot.
  5. 5.Pour in the water and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. 6.Turn off the heat and stir in the curry roux.
  7. 7.Mix until completely dissolved.
  8. 8.Serve over the rice (Dice all the ingredients.
