Instructions
- 1.Season the chicken with garlic, lemon, oregano, and rosemary.
- 2.Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- 3.Heat a frying pan with half olive oil.
- 4.Place the chicken in the pan and cook over medium heat.
- 5.Brown both sides until the center is fully cooked.
- 6.Drizzle some of the pan juices over the chicken.
- 7.Sauté the carrots, cabbage and spinach with another half olive oil, while season with salt and pepper.
- 8.Serve with the vegetables.
