Ingredients

  • Chicken breast
  • Garlic cloves
  • Fresh Oregano
  • Rosemary
  • lemon juice
  • Olive Oil
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • White Cabbage
  • Baby Spinach

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the chicken with garlic, lemon, oregano, and rosemary.
  2. 2.Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. 3.Heat a frying pan with half olive oil.
  4. 4.Place the chicken in the pan and cook over medium heat.
  5. 5.Brown both sides until the center is fully cooked.
  6. 6.Drizzle some of the pan juices over the chicken.
  7. 7.Sauté the carrots, cabbage and spinach with another half olive oil, while season with salt and pepper.
  8. 8.Serve with the vegetables.
