- Raw Chicken Breast
- Tomato
- Black olives-sliced
- Garlic cloves
- Olive Oil
- Dried Oregano
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- 2.Heat olive oil and brown the chicken for 4 minutes on each side.
- 3.Remove and set aside.
- 4.In the same pan, sauté the garlic.
- 5.Add the tomato, olives and oregano.
- 6.Cook for 8 minutes.
- 7.Return the chicken to the pan.
- 8.Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
- 9.Serve hot.
