Ingredients

  • Basa Fillet
  • Cherry Tomato
  • Baby Spinach
  • Garlic cloves
  • Olive Oil
  • Dried Oregano
  • Parmesan Cheese Block
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the basa with salt, pepper and oregano.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the fish for about 4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3.In the same pan, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. 4.Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 3–4 minutes until they begin to soften.
  5. 5.Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. 6.Return the fish to the pan for 1 minute to warm through.
  7. 7.Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
