Ingredients
- Basa Fillet
- Cherry Tomato
- Baby Spinach
- Garlic cloves
- Olive Oil
- Dried Oregano
- Parmesan Cheese Block
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Season the basa with salt, pepper and oregano.
- 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the fish for about 4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- 3.In the same pan, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
- 4.Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 3–4 minutes until they begin to soften.
- 5.Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
- 6.Return the fish to the pan for 1 minute to warm through.
- 7.Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
