Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillets
  • Dry Soba Noodle
  • Honey
  • Soy Sauce
  • Bok Choy
  • Sesame Oil
  • Ginger

Instructions

  1. 1.Whisk Soy Sauce and Honey together to create a glaze.
  2. 2.Place Salmon on a tray and brush with half the glaze; bake at 200C for 12-15 minutes.
  3. 3.Boil Soba Noodles for 4-5 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  4. 4.Steam the Bok Choy for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. 5.Toss the noodles and Bok Choy with the remaining glaze and a dash of Sesame Oil.
  6. 6.Top with the baked salmon and serve immediately.
