Ingredients
- Salmon Fillets
- Dry Soba Noodle
- Honey
- Soy Sauce
- Bok Choy
- Sesame Oil
- Ginger
Instructions
- 1.Whisk Soy Sauce and Honey together to create a glaze.
- 2.Place Salmon on a tray and brush with half the glaze; bake at 200C for 12-15 minutes.
- 3.Boil Soba Noodles for 4-5 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- 4.Steam the Bok Choy for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 5.Toss the noodles and Bok Choy with the remaining glaze and a dash of Sesame Oil.
- 6.Top with the baked salmon and serve immediately.
