Ingredients

  • Kangaroo Steak
  • Brown Rice
  • Honey
  • Soy Sauce
  • Red Capsicum
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. 1.Rinse the basmati rice and cook in a pot with 1 cup of water for 10-12 minutes until soft.
  2. 2.Slice the kangaroo steak into thin strips and the capsicum into batons.
  3. 3.Whisk the honey and soy sauce together in a small bowl to create the sauce.
  4. 4.Heat olive oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Stir-fry the kangaroo for 2-3 minutes until browned but still tender.
  5. 5.Add the capsicum and cook for another 2 minutes, then pour in the honey soy sauce and toss for 1 minute until sticky.
  6. 6.Serve the kangaroo and capsicum over the warm basmati rice.
