Ingredients

  • Raw Pork Loin Steak - lean
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Honey
  • Green Beans
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix the Dijon mustard and honey in a small bowl.
  2. 2.Brush the mixture evenly over both sides of the pork.
  3. 3.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4.Cook the pork for about 6–7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. 5.While the pork cooks, steam the green beans for about 5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  6. 6.Season the beans with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  7. 7.Allow the pork to rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
  8. 8.Serve with the steamed green beans.
