- Raw Pork Loin Steak - lean
- Dijon Mustard
- Honey
- Green Beans
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- lemon juice
Instructions
- 1.Mix the Dijon mustard and honey in a small bowl.
- 2.Brush the mixture evenly over both sides of the pork.
- 3.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 4.Cook the pork for about 6–7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- 5.While the pork cooks, steam the green beans for about 5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- 6.Season the beans with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- 7.Allow the pork to rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
- 8.Serve with the steamed green beans.
