  • Broccolini
  • Olive Oil
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Honey
  • Garlic cloves
  • lemon juice
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix the mustard, honey, garlic, and lemon juice.
  2. 2.Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then brush with half of the sauce.
  3. 3.Cook the chicken in a frying pan for 7 minutes per side.
  4. 4.In another pan, cook the broccolini with olive oil for 5–6 minutes until tender.
  5. 5.Brush the remaining sauce over the chicken and cook for 1 more minute.
  6. 6.Serve with the broccolini.
